Aside from adding hot stone, essential oils, and cupping, no matter what type of massage you would like the price is the same for your couples massage session!
How do You decide?
When you go into the massage therapy treatment room your massage therapist will ask you what type of massage you would like and you can just let them know what your are looking for. You and your therapist will work together to customize your session to make your experience great.
What types of massage options are there?
When choosing which type of massage you would like in your session there are many choices. For instance, Prenatal, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Trigger Point Therapy, Sports Massage, Cupping Therapy, Hot stone, and you can add aromatherapy.
How Far in Advance Do You Need to Schedule?
Couples massage sessions here at Natural Forces Massage do book quickly! We recommend booking an appointment in advance or getting on our waiting list. Generally we suggest booking this type of massage 1 to 2 weeks ahead of time.

Who Should Not Receive Botox?
Pregnant or nursing women should not receive Botox injections. Patients with neuromuscular diseases such as ALS and Myasthenia Gravis should consult with their doctor before receiving Botox injections because of increased risk of serious side effects.

Absolutely! Many men enjoy the benefits of Botox. Most likely, some of the men you know have received Botox injections. What Is Botox
Botox is an aesthetic medicine that is injected by a trained professional to reduce the appearance of moderate to severe lines and wrinkles.
How Does Botox Work?
Botox is injected directly into the muscles. It blocks nerve impulses which reduces muscle activity that causes lines to form.
Who Will Perform The Injections
At Smooth Assurance, an experienced registered nurse who has received special training in cosmetic injections will administer all Botox injections.
When Will I See Botox Results?
Usually, you will begin to see results from Botox within 3 days. It is not uncommon for it to take up to 2 weeks for the full effect. Lines can continue to improve for up to 30 days. Results generally last 3 to 4 months and vary by individual.
Are Botox Injections Painful?
There is usually minimal pain involved with Botox injections. Ice can be applied to the area, or a topical anesthetic can be applied 30 to 40 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment. Most people do not require an anesthetic for Botox injections.
How Much Botox Will I Need?
Botox is dosed by the unit. Because all patients are different, not everyone will need the same amount. Typically the area between the eyebrows will need 20 to 40 units, upper forehead 10 to 20 units, and the crow’s feet (the outside corners of the eyes) 20 to 40 units. You will discuss with your injector the results that you want and the areas you wish to have injected. You will be given a suggestion for the number of units you should receive for optimal results. At Smooth Assurance, you will always know how many units will be injected before the process is begun so that there are no surprises at checkout.
What Is Botox Recovery Like?
Usually, clients resume normal daily activities following Botox injections. There may be minimal redness and swelling at the injection sites. This is easily covered with makeup. Although every effort is made to avoid it, there can be some mild bruising. Following Botox injections you might have a slight headache for which Tylenol can be taken, with dosing according to package directions. You should not lie down or bend over for 4 hours following the injections.
How Long Does Botox Last?
Botox usually lasts 3 to 4 months. Because everyone is different, the amount of time the Botox lasts will vary from person to person.
Will I Look "Plastic"?
Our goal here at Smooth Assurance is a very natural look. You will still have facial expressions. Others will see a more youthful, rested and relaxed you. No one will know you had Botox injections unless you tell them. It is our desire that you love your results so much that you will want to tell your friends. We love referrals!
